Gallery Chic: From LES to Soho

April 2, 2017

From parlaying in LES to lounging on a bed in a room covered in spaghetti wallpaper, it’s never a dull moment when I link up with friends to gallery hop around the city.

Starting at the Hole gallery in LES, I stepped into what felt like a trip down the rabbit hole in Alice Wonderland. The floor was covered in pixelated foam puzzle pieces surrounded by a series of paintings by artists Anja Salonen and Maja Djordjevic, celebrating femininity in an amusing way.

Continuing on our journey for lighthearted exhibitions, we ventured to Cadillac House ready to experience Paper Toilet Paradise, an interactive and whimsical domestic space by Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari. Full of animated back drops, a plethora of props & good vibes, the space provided the perfect canvas for capturing cool visuals.

Instagram worthy of course!
